By 2015, the shopping mall situated in the very heart of the city will be totally reinvented: new façades, new attractive retailers, and new interior design. The facades, formed by large windows, will be dressed by undulating structures along the building, gracefully mimicking a movement of the sea and sails in the wind. The malls, illuminated by a huge glass dome, punctuated by rest areas with design furniture, will offer visitors a sense of fluidity, clarity and sweetness.
