‘Open’ is a new innovative and animated place for shopping, leisure, sport, rest and work.
The impressively designed landmark project has remarkable architecture and is covered by an “intelligent roof” which perfectly integrates into the landscape and generates spectacular views of the Alps and Jura mountains.
Beyond aesthetics, the impressive cover has an environmental role by regulating the temperature, filtering the light, collecting rain water and by its photovoltaic systems, producing energy. The project is part of a HQE (High Environmental Quality) scheme to reduce this developments impact on the environment. This “zero-energy project” is the first one of this kind in its category in France.
