Praktika Development, being part of the Sergey Gordeev corporation, as for now is presenting one project under development – River Mall SC which is one of the most promising projects in Moscow to open in 2015. In a while Praktika Development is going to perform fee-development, brokerage and management functions for 5 projects with total GLA of 170 000 sqm owned by PIK Group (where Sergey Gordeev is shareholder and president). Already now big developers are contacting Praktika Development for 2nd opinion for their projects under development.
