“Zvezdniy” shopping and entertainment centre in Tyumen, Russia is the 81 000 sq m GBA retail development in the gas and oil capital of Russia. When complete in Q4 2015, the centre will house more than 150 stores, with a mix of Russian and well known international brands, as well as a hypermarket, multiplex cinema, fitness centre, entertainment zone, food court and an array of restaurants.
